When and what to bring?

Barlamentas began in 2026 with a handbuilt oak counter, a single van, and a wedding on an apple orchard. We travel light — but the intention behind every pour has stayed exactly the same.
We design the bar around your venue. We choose glassware like a florist chooses stems. We don't do foam from a can, and we don't own a single cocktail umbrella. Everything is made fresh, in front of your guests, by bartenders who've done this long enough to enjoy it.

Frequent questions.
Who buys the alcohol?
You do — using our prepared shopping list with exact quantities, so you never overbuy. If it's easier, we can buy it for you for an additional fee.
Do you travel outside Vilnius?
Yes. Travel within Vilnius city is free; outside the city limits it's €1/km, currently up to 150 km.
How is a date reserved?
A deposit confirms the date — €200 or 20% of the total, whichever is higher. The balance is due no later than 3 days before the event.
What are the cancellation terms?
Cancel more than 30 days before the event — full deposit refund. 14–30 days — 50%. Less than 14 days — the deposit is non-refundable.
How much space and power do you need?
The bar needs 2×2 m, plus 1×2 m for the glassware table. A standard wall outlet is enough. For outdoor events we can bring a tent or umbrellas for an additional fee — applied only when rain is likely.
What is the minimum guest count?
From 10 guests.
When do events run?
Fridays and Saturdays. The standard event time is 17:00–01:00. Hours after 01:00 are charged extra at €75/hour per bartender (€150/hour with two bartenders).
What about broken glassware?
Broken glasses are charged — rates are discussed at the client meeting.
Can you make a cocktail from our own recipe?
Yes — for an additional €20 per cocktail we'll add your recipe to the event menu.
