Company details will be added to this policy once the legal entity is registered.
2. What data we collect
Booking form: name, email address, phone number, event date and time, guest count, event type and venue, notes.
Contact form: name, email address, message content.
Technical data: IP address (used only to protect the forms against abuse).
3. Purposes and legal basis
Processing booking enquiries and preparing to enter into a contract — GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) (steps prior to entering into a contract).
Replying to enquiries and protecting against abuse — legitimate interest, GDPR Art. 6(1)(f).
Data is not used for marketing and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. How long we keep data
Enquiry and booking data is kept for up to 2 years after the event or after the enquiry is answered, unless the law requires a longer period.
5. Data recipients
An email delivery provider (for enquiry notifications) and a server hosting provider within the EU.
Data is not transferred outside the EU/EEA and is never sold.
6. Cookies
The site uses functional cookies only: language preference (NEXT_LOCALE) and the administrator login session.
We use no tracking, analytics or marketing cookies.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability.
